About the Authors

James Kinnear was born in the UK in 1959. James has researched Russian military hardware following his first visit to the Soviet Union in 1973. Since then he has written hundreds of articles on Soviet and Russian military technology. A Russian speaker, he has studied the subject from within the military-intelligence community and as a civilian author.

Yuri Pasholok was born in 1979 in Moscow. He began to seriously study the history of armoured vehicles from 2002 when working as a historical consultant on game projects relating to the Second World War. Between 2008 and 2013, Yuri worked at the Central Museum of the Great Patriotic War, during which time he published his first book on armoured vehicles. Yuri’s primary focus is now the study of the development and history of Soviet armoured vehicles 1920-1950.

Sobre los autores

James Kinnear nació en el Reino Unido en 1959. James ha investigado el material militar ruso tras su primera visita a la Unión Soviética en 1973.
