MAGNET ULTRA RESISTANT CYANOCRYLATE GLUE

General-purpose cyanoacrylate 401. Fast drying, extra strong, low viscosity, specially formulated for adhesion between materials that can even have an acidic surface. Can be used with rubber, leather, wood, metal, resin and plastic. The surfaces to be joined must be free of dirt, dust and grease. A small amount of adhesive should be applied; more cyanoacrylate does not guarantee a better bond and makes more difficult the drying of the adhesive that is effective for bonding.

– Use temperature: -55º to 120º
– Set time: between 3 and 10 seconds. The gaps and uneven surfaces can increase this setting time. It is not necessary to use clamps. Holding the pieces firmly for 10-30 seconds will ensure better adhesion.
– Definitive cure time: 24 h
– Viscosity: 110 mPa.S
– Shear strength: 21.0 MPa

Cianoacrilato de uso general 401, secado rápido, extra fuerte, baja viscosidad especialmente formulado para la adhesión entre materiales que incluso pueden tener una superficie ácida. Se puede usar con caucho, cuero, madera, metal, resina y plástico. Las superficies a unir deben estar libres de suciedad, polvo y grasa. Se debe aplicar una pequeña cantidad de adhesivo; más cianoacrilato no garantiza una mejor unión y hace más difícil el secado del adhesivo que es efectivo para la unión.

– Tiempo de fraguado: entre 3 y 10 segundos. Los huecos y las superficies irregulares pueden aumentar este tiempo de fraguado. No es necesario usar abrazaderas. Sostener las piezas firmemente durante 10-30 segundos asegurará una mejor adhesión.
– Tiempo de curado definitivo: 24 h.
– Viscosidad: 110 mPa.S
– Resistencia al corte: 21.0 MPa
